Susan Rothschild, RN |Nashville "Botox Lady" 63-year-old  Susan Rothschild  was charged with leaving the scene and driving under the influence when the prominent Belle Meade “ botox lady ” smashed into a utility pole a few miles from a hit and run she was also involved in. On May 20th, Nashville Metro Police Officers were dispatched to investigate a hit and run at 7713 River Fork Drive. According to affidavits,  Susan Rothschild  was party to a hit and run accident occurring at Highway 100 and Temple Road. After that incident, she drove several miles where she smashed into a utility pole. She admitted to officers that she had consumed a medication for pain relief with alcohol in an attempt to fall asleep. Susan alleged that she did not know what the medication was.
