In "we saw this coming" news The fact that the Chrisleys were convicted is about as shocking as their financial manager testifying he and Todd engaged in an gay love affair for a while.The trial was a mess.  Everyday was like an episode of "Bad News followed by More Bad News.

A sentencing date for Todd and Julie has not been set yet but the couple court face up to 30 years in prison. 

Lindsie Chrisley released a statement via her Instagram stories saying,  “The verdict is not what I had hoped or prayed for, and I am deeply saddened for myself, my son, and my family as a whole. Please pray for us during this difficult time and know that I will be back when the time is right.”

Lindsie and her father have not been on the best of terms in the past few years. In 2019, the former reality star filed a police report alleging Todd and her half-brother Chase Chrisley “were going to release [a] sex tape involving her” and Bachelor Nation star Robby Hayes.

Todd and Julie Chrisley, stars of the reality television show "Chrisley Knows Best," were found guilty Tuesday in Atlanta on federal charges including bank fraud and tax evasion.

The Chrisleys were initially indicted in August 2019 and a new indictment was filed in February of this year. Their trial began three weeks ago, and a jury on Tuesday found them guilty on all charges.

Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty on all charges relating to running a years-long conspiracy to defraud banks and hiding their money from the IRS.

An Atlanta federal jury convicted Todd Chrisley of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the US, and tax fraud.

Julie Chrisley was convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the US, tax fraud, and wire fraud. 

Their former attorney Peter Tarantino was convicted of conspiracy to defraud the US and willfully filing false tax returns.

The Chrisleys face up to 30 years in prison.

They were also found guilty of conspiring to defraud the IRS and tax evasion, and Julie Chrisley was convicted of wire fraud and obstruction of justice.
